font-family: null; overflow-wrap: break-word; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; font-size: 16px;">GM2-3500R24艙蓋馬達(dá)說明主甲板液壓側(cè)移動式艙口蓋GM2-3500R24艙蓋驅(qū)動液壓馬達(dá)有三部分組成DGM2-600液壓擺缸馬達(dá)，GM2-3500錐軸減速機(jī)和R24閥塊。選用GM2-600的液壓馬達(dá)特點(diǎn)時轉(zhuǎn)速范圍廣，低速的穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)，正常在20轉(zhuǎn)的情況下不會出現(xiàn)大的脈動性，而且能夠耐高壓，瞬間的沖擊壓力在25Mp能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)。選用的GM2-3500行星減速機(jī)額定的輸出扭矩能夠達(dá)到14000牛.米，大的輸出扭矩能夠達(dá)到16000牛.米，完全適合艙蓋馬達(dá)的工況，R24閥中液壓油路的設(shè)計中有兩個平衡閥，了在停止?fàn)顟B(tài)下，液壓油路的鎖住防止輸出軸的自由轉(zhuǎn)動，也就了改馬達(dá)不會側(cè)移，雙過載閥了在沖擊工況下的過載保護(hù)，減少了輸入液壓馬達(dá)和減速機(jī)的不必要的損失。還有雙單向閥的使用，可以在液壓馬達(dá)泄漏管堵住或者內(nèi)壓高的情況下，液壓馬達(dá)腔體內(nèi)的壓力油通過回油管回油箱，避免了液壓馬達(dá)油封沖掉，漏油的現(xiàn)象，還有在閥塊中集成了手動截至閥，在失去動力的緊急時刻，可以通過改手動閥，使液壓馬達(dá)進(jìn)出油口相通，馬達(dá)當(dāng)泵工況，在外力的作用下，實(shí)現(xiàn)自由轉(zhuǎn)動。具體的技術(shù)參數(shù)和選型要求，請聯(lián)系公司<p style="margin-top: 0px;
